Hello everyone, and welcome to what I hope will be a vibrant new home for music and sound! I'm incredibly excited to announce that I'm currently in the process of building a new website, and for now, I'm testing the waters with Bandzoogle - one of the greatest web-builders and services I´ve ever come across.
This is a big step for me, and I'll be honest, I'm not entirely sure how it will all turn out. But what I do know is that this is the beginning of something special. Think of this site as a blank canvas, a small beginning that will eventually grow into something truly massive. My vision is to create a gigantic database of music, filled with tracks, mixes, and remixes that I'm passionate about, and I'll be adding more content as we go along.
Right now, the site is a work in progress, a testament to the journey itself. It’s a place for me to experiment, learn, and build a foundation for what's to come. I believe in the power of music to connect us, inspire us, and move us, and I want this space to be a reflection of that.
As a great alternative, I'm also exploring another platform called Ampache. What's so exciting about Ampache is that it's designed specifically for huge music and podcast databases. It’s a member-login site that allows for a wide range of genres and even live-streaming for all its members. This is the kind of scale and functionality I'm looking for to truly bring this vision to life.
Whether we stick with Bandzoogle or transition to Ampache, the core mission remains the same: to create an invaluable resource for music lovers everywhere. I am so excited to see where this journey takes us.
